The reserve, in the open.
Energon's fees run in two loops. Loop A is trustless: swap fees accrue as WETH inside an immutable Uniswap V4 hook that market-buys and burns $NRG on Robinhood Chain — every burn is an on-chain event anyone can read. Loop B is custodial and published: a minority slice is bridged, converted to TAO, and staked — one-way — as SN53 (Engy) alpha on a Bittensor coldkey printed on this page. This dashboard reads both, live, straight from the chains.
Fees split. Burns are trustless. The reserve is published.
At launch, 80% of every fee funds the on-chain buyback-burn and 20% flows to the reserve escrow (owner-tunable only within hard caps: tax ≤ 5% per side, reserve slice ≤ 30%). The staked SN53 position is one-way — it is never round-tripped back, and it is not a redeemable claim.
Loop A — trustless burn · Loop B — published, custodial reserve
Honest framing: Bittensor has no smart contracts, so once WETH is swept to the keeper it leaves the chain's guarantees. The mitigant is legibility, not trustlessness — a published coldkey, on-chain Deposited/Swept events, and this dashboard. The majority of every fee never leaves the chain at all. Supply, burns, and the buyback treasury.
Read directly from Robinhood Chain (id 4663) in your browser — this page holds no backend and no database. $NRG launched with a fixed 1,000,000,000 supply and no mint; every burn shrinks it forever.

One coldkey. Staked SN53 alpha. Only ever up.
The swept WETH is bridged off Robinhood Chain, converted to native TAO, and staked to Engy (subnet 53). The position lives on a single published coldkey — that address is the transparency: anyone can watch it on Taostats, forever, without trusting this page.
This leg is custodial and we say so plainly: the coldkey is operator-held, the bridge + CEX hops are off-chain, and $NRG carries no redemption right against the reserve. What you get instead is a position that is publicly countable to the rao — cross-check the escrow's on-chain Swept total against the coldkey's stake on Taostats any time. One-way, by policy and by design: the reserve is never sold to fund buybacks.
Don't trust this page. Check it.
Everything above is a convenience view over public data. Here is how to reproduce every number without us.
At launch the $NRG, hook, and reserve addresses appear above, verified on the Robinhood Chain explorer. totalSupply(), treasuryWeth(), reserveBalance(), totalDeposited(), totalSwept() are the exact getters this page calls.
BuybackBurned(wethSpent, nrgBurned) on the hook, Deposited/Swept on the escrow. The escrow's only outflow is a sweep to one immutable keeper address — there is no other exit, no admin, no pause.
The published SS58 above links to its Taostats account. Its staked SN53 alpha should only ever grow — reconcile it against the lifetime Swept total, minus bridge and conversion costs, with normal bridging latency in between.
The full mechanism — bounds, anchors, splits, keeper — is in the docs; the risks, including exactly what "custodial" means here, are in the disclaimer. If any of it is a dealbreaker, don't buy and don't build on it.
